Return & Refund Policy – US AED Supplies

Return Window

US AED Supplies accepts returns on eligible products within five (5) calendar days of delivery. All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by US AED Supplies prior to shipment. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return and refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original, unopened packaging

  • Free of damage, markings, or missing components

  • In resalable condition as determined by US AED Supplies

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • AEDs that have been opened, powered on, registered, or used

  • Electrode pads, batteries, or accessories with opened packaging

  • Rescue kits, wall cabinets, signage, or consumables once opened

  • Clearance, special-order, or custom-configured items

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on product condition and manufacturer requirements. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking. US AED Supplies is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds may be reduced if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify US AED Supplies within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate replacement or manufacturer warranty support as applicable.

Manufacturer Warranties

AEDs and related products are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and model. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Policy Enforcement

US AED Supplies reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
