Shipping Policy – US AED Supplies

Order Fulfillment

All products sold by US AED Supplies are shipped directly from our authorized vendors and manufacturers to the customer. US AED Supplies does not stock, warehouse, or physically handle any products.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed by our vendors within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product availability and manufacturer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are determined by the vendor and carrier selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking availability and update frequency depend on the vendor and shipping carrier.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. US AED Supplies is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify US AED Supplies within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the vendor and carrier to assist with a claim when applicable.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. US AED Supplies is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Partial Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different vendor locations. This may result in separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability may be limited based on product type, manufacturer policies, or destination. Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to all locations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted to the vendor for fulfillment.

Vendor & Carrier Responsibility

Because all products are fulfilled by third-party vendors, shipping timelines, packaging, and carrier selection are managed by the vendor. US AED Supplies acts solely as the point of sale and customer support liaison.
